Q: How do we know our money is safe, when we place a order with you?
A: All purchases paid via PayPal are automatically eligible for Paypal Buyer Protection and are covered against fraud for the full purchase price of your order.

Q: Do you ship to APO address's or PO boxs?
A: We do not currently ship to APO address's or PO box's.

A: We ship to the lower 48 states only.

Q: How long will it take to get my scooter, moped, dune buggy or go kart?
A: We usually fill your order within 4 business days. After it ships we will send you the tracking number and freight carriers name. They will call you to schedule the delivery, with a truck that has a lift. This service is free.

Q: Do you offer tech support on the scooters, go karts and dune buggies you sell.

A: No, We are only a seller of the manufacturers products. All warranty and technical support is handled by the manufacturer of the items. This includes assembly, tech support and warranty claims. Once you purchase the item you will be given their number in case you need it on down the line.

A: When the item is shipped you will receive a notice by email.

A: No, we are a online retailer only

Q: What type of shipping do you use?
A: We use Ups, Priority Mail, Usps mail and freight companies for the large items.

Q: How long will it take me to receive my order?
A: Usually you will have your item within 4 to 10 days one it ships, ( Excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the speed of the US Postal service.

Q: Why don't you process credit cards on your site?
A: For your safety we only process orders thru Paypal's secure website's.

Q: I don't have a credit card, do you take other forms of payment?
A: Through PayPal, you can have money withdrawn from your bank account and credited to us. You do not have to join PayPal to use their services.

We will have you send the original item back to us for a refund, plus we will reimburse you for the return shipping once the item is received.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: We are required to charge sales tax to anyone who lives in Texas (8.25%). No other states will be charged sales tax

Manufacturers defects will only be covered" There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are FINAL!
Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer.

We are only a reseller of the product and cannot help with how to questions.

Some Assembly required:

In most cases and depending on which model purchased, it usually takes anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. to complete the assembly process of your vehicle.
Our vehicles are usually 80% assembled at the factory and fully tested prior to shipping.
We suggest for your vehicle to be setup by a local service center for proper set-up and tuning, prior to initial use. This service is commonly referred to as PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection).

A dealer would normally perform. example.- installing rear view mirrors, setting up and connecting the battery, checking tightness of all screws, nuts, bolts, changing oil, etc. Items such as lose hardware and parts damaged from loose hardware and components are not covered under warranty.

Occasionally it may be necessary to perform other routine checks/adjustments, such as adjusting the setting of the idle speed and fuel/air mixture screws on the carburetor, cleaning of the carburetor, checking to ensure wires are connected properly, adjusting chain slack and alignment(if applicable), in order to achieve optimum performance from your vehicle.
